If a sermon, song, or video won't play or keeps buffering, these steps usually sort it out.

Quick fixes
- Won't start? Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the item.
- Buffering a lot? Switch to audio, or move somewhere with a stronger signal.
- A download won't open? Remove it and download it again — see Downloads & offline.
- No sound? Check your device volume and that silent mode is off.

Reset playback
- Close the app fully and reopen it.
- Confirm you have a steady connection, or a fully finished download.
- Update to the latest version of the app.
